Flor interacts with John Clasky very differently than Americans do to their bosses. She likes to have some privacy with her own room. She doesn’t really understand what he is saying most of the time, but she tries to understand him and what he wants her to do. In John Clasky’s job, he is the boss of all of them. They all admire him and he got four stars as a restaurant. Flor really dedicates herself to that job that she has so she won’t lose it. She also likes to have privacy in a way so that she can do things without her boss interfering. She tries to help out Bernice when she got the new clothes that didn’t fit her and fixed then so that they actually fit her. She turned happy after being mad at her mom for buying the clothes that didn’t fit her. Then what Flor did made her happy. Flor had noticed that John was also mad at Deborah for what she did. Flor did not like for people like Deborah to take her daughter out without her permission. Deborah had gone to a hair stylist and changed Cristiana hair to brown with pink highlights. This made Flor really mad at Deborah. She tried to explain this to her, but what Flor didn’t notice is that she had done the same thing to Bernice: she had fixed her clothes for her. She did not notice this until John gave Cristina six hundred dollars for collecting glass rocks. They argued until Flor noticed that she had done the same. Flor does not like for other people to mess with their children, seeing that she had done the exact same thing to Bernice. Flor understand that people need to have privacy. She likes to have privacy and that other people don’t bother her. At the end, she notices that her dedication made her daughter not being that much of her daughter until her daughter saw that she was Flors daughter, no Deboah's daughter.

Food Report
Food Report

The name of the dish that I made for Spanish class is called Flautas (flutes).This plate comes from Mexico. Some of the ingredients are: ajo (garlic), sal(salt), jitomates(tomatoes),pechugas de pollo(chicken breasts), aceite(corn oil), chiles jalapenos(jalapeno chiles), tomates verdes, queso(cheese), cominos, y tortillas de maize(corn tortillas). The Recipe is as follows: First you will need,
· A clove of garlic
· Salt
· 3 to 4 tomatoes
· 2 to 3 chicken breast
· corn oil
· 2 chile jalapenos
· Tomates
· Cheese
· Cominos
· Corn tortillas
You first put the chicken in a pot with boiling water with the clove of garlic and three teaspoonful’s of salt.(I not sure). You wait for the chicken to be soft enough that you can easily poke a fork through it. You then take the chicken out of the water and let it cool down a bit before you start to shred it. Then after it has been shredded, you then start to make the corn tortillas, or you can always use store bought tortillas. Well, then you roll up the tortilla with shredded chicken in the inside. Then you put the rolled up tortilla in the corn oil and let it fry. After you have done the desired number of fried tortillas, you have to the salsa that goes on top of the Flautas. First you blend the clove of garlic and the cominos together in the blender, with the water level reaching up until it covers completely the blades. Then you put the tomatoes and the tomates with the jalapenos in a pot with water to boil them. Then you take them out when they are soft. Then you put the tomatoes with the tomates and the jalapenos in the blender with the garlic and cominos. You blend then for about 30 seconds to a minute. After that you put the salsa on top of the Flautas. Then you put cheese on top of that and put in the microwave in a glass platter or other plate. After that you have yourself a excellence set of Flautas for you to enjoy.
These Flautas are usually eaten during lunch (almuerzo), or dinner (la cena). I really don’t know if this plate has any important significance to the people who eat it.

Spanish Today
I that since our population is changing, we need to be able to understand what is happening, and to get adapted to the new world.
It would help me greatly because since I like to go to Mexican stores, I like to know what is being said.
To try to study hard and nevere say you can't learn because you then will not learn I have some experiance in that trying to learn english for the first time.
I don't know. I would think maybe trying to help the studnts not by trying to memorize, but to remember and learn so that they can remeber what they learned.
